PERHITUNGAN GAJI DAN UPAH LEMBUR KARYAWAN PADA USAHA ISTANA LAUNDRY DI SAMARINDA --

ABSTRAK
Yesi Cantika Ramadhan, 2021, mahasiswi di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda jurusan Akuntansi. Menyusun suatu penelitian pada tugas akhir yang berjudul “Perhitungan Gaji dan Upah Lembur Karyawan Pada Usaha Istana Laundry di Samarinda”, dengan di bawah bimbingan Ibu Dra. Indah Agustini Tri Utami, M.Si sebagai pembimbing I dan Bapak Zulfikar, S.E., M.SA (HumBis) sebagai pembimbing II.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian perhitungan gaji dan upah lembur terhadap karyawan Usaha Istana Laundry di Samarinda dengan Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. Kep. 102/MEN/VI/2004. Alat pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. Kep. 102/MEN/VI/2004 dan Keputusan Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Nomor 561/K.636/2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari Perhitungan Gaji dan Upah Lembur Karyawan Usaha Istana Laundry di Samarinda untuk periode bulan Februari 2021 masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan keputusan Pemerintah yang menunjukan hasil perhitungan untuk gaji pokok dan upah lembur nama Vera Octavia adalah Rp 3.585.607 sedangkan perhitungan yang sesuai dengan pemerintah adalah Rp 4.372.337 maka terjadi selisih kurang yang diterima karyawan adalah sebesar Rp 786.730, nama Zumaroh adalah Rp 3.139.364 sedangkan perhitungan yang sesuai dengan pemerintah adalah Rp 4.382.281, terjadi selisih kurang yang diterima karyawan sebesar Rp 1.232.973, atas Indah P. Sari adalah Rp 43.074.046 sedangakan perhitungan yang sesuai dengan pemerintah adalah Rp 4.432.374, maka terjadi selisih kurang yang diterima adalah Rp 1.358.328.

Compiled a research on the final project entitled "Calculation of Employee Salaries and Overtime Wages at the Laundry Palace Business in Samarinda", under the guidance of Mrs. Dra. Indah Agustini Tri Utami, M.Si as supervisor I and Mr. Zulfikar, S.E., M.SA (HumBis) as supervisor II.
This study aims to determine the suitability of the calculation of salaries and overtime wages for employees of the Laundry Palace Business in Samarinda with the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. Kep. 102/MEN/VI/2004. Data collection tools used are interviews, literature study, and documentation. The analytical tool used in this paper is the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. Kep. 102/MEN/VI/2004 and Decree of the Governor of East Kalimantan Province Number 561/K.636/2019.The results of this study indicate that from the Calculation of Salaries and Overtime Wages of the Laundry Palace Business Employees in Samarinda for the period February 2021 there are still some that are not in accordance with the Government's decision which shows the calculation results for the basic salary and overtime wages for Vera Octavia's name is Rp. 3,585.607 while the calculation which corresponds to the government is Rp. 4,372,337, then there is a difference that is less received by employees of Rp. 786,730, the name of Zumaroh is Rp. 3,139,364 while the calculation according to the government is Rp. 4,382,281, there is a difference that is received by employees of Rp. 1,232. 973, for Indah P. Sari is Rp. 43,074,046 while the calculation according to the government is Rp. 4,432,374, then there is a difference that is received less than Rp. 1,358,328.
