Abstrak, Motor Induksi adalah salah satu jenis motor-motor listrik yang bekerja
berdasarkan induksi elektromagnet. Motor induksi yang digunakan untuk
menggerakkan konveyor dan crusher adalah motor induksi 3 fasa. Crusher
merupakan alat yang berfungsi untuk menghancurkan batuan alam seperti batubara
menjadi ukuran yang lebih kecil. Untuk menjaga agar proses terus berlanjut maka
digunakan safety device pada konveyor dan sistem pengoperasian Crushing Plant
pada PT. Lanna Harita Indonesia masih meggunakan sistem interlock untuk
menghindari adanya human eror. Sistem kontrol untuk pengendalian perangkatperangkat di PT. Lanna Harita Indonesia berupa rangkaian kontaktor. Sistem
kontrol dari Crushing Plant ini inputannya berupa selector switch dan push button.
Outputnya berupa motor dan lampu indikator. Sistem kontrol ini yang nantinya
akan mengendalikan konveyor agar bergerak sesuai yang diinginkan. Operator
adalah pengedali dari sistem kontrol sesuai yang telah ditentukan.

Study of Motor Control Circuits in the Crushing Plant Area at PT. Lanna
Harita Indonesia, Anggana District
Abstract, an induction motor is one type of electric motor that works based on
electromagnetic induction. The induction motor which is used to drive conveyors
and crushers is a 3-phase induction motor. Crusher is a tool that functions to
destroy natural rock such as coal into smaller sizes. To keep in order that the
process continues then used safety devices on the conveyor and Crushing Plant
operating system at PT. Lanna Harita Indonesia still uses the interlock system to
avoid human errors. Control system for controlling devices at PT. Lanna Harita
Indonesia in the form of a series of contactors. The control system for Crushing
Plant consists of a selector switch and a push button. The output is a motor and
indicator lights. This control system will control the conveyor to move as desired.
The operator is the controller of the appropriate control system that has been
determined.
