RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA ( RAB ) DAN PENJADWALAN PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG KULIAH UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH KALIMANTAN TIMUR SAMARINDA --

ABSTRAK
Perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya dilakukan untuk mengetahui
banyaknya biaya yang dibutuhkan baik dari biaya upah pekerja, penyewaan alat,
dan kebutuhan bahan yang berhubungan dengan proyek pembangunan gedung
tersebut. Perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya ini mengacu pada Peraturan
Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat No.28/PRT/M/2016 bidang
Cipta Karya dan Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan (HSPK) Kota Samarinda. Hasil
rekapitulasi biaya proyek pembangunan gedung kuliah ini adalah sebesar Rp
13,200,180,700.00 ( Tiga Belas Milyar Dua Ratus Juta Seratus Delapan Puluh
Tujuh Ratus Ribu Rupiah ). Time Schedule berfungsi untuk mengatur waktu
pelaksanaan pekerja pada proyek sesuai dengan jadwal waktu yang ditentukan 32
minggu 8 bulan.

ABSTRACT
The calculation of the budget plan is carried out to determine the amount
of costs required, both from the cost of workers' wages, equipment rental, and
material needs related to the building construction project. The calculation of this
Budget Plan refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public
Housing No.28 / PRT / M / 2016 in the field of Human Settlements and the Price
of Main Activity Unit (HSPK) in Samarinda City. The result of the recapitulation
of the project cost for the construction of this lecture building is IDR
13,200,180,700.00 (Thirteen Billion Two Hundred Million One Hundred Eighty-
Seven Hundred Thousand Rupiah). Time Schedule functions to regulate the
implementation of workers on the project according to a specified time schedule
of 32 weeks and 8 months.
