PERHITUNGAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG TIGA LANTAI FAKULTAS EKONOMI BISNIS ISLAM KAMPUS II IAIN SAMARINDA KALIMANTAN TIMUR --

ABSTRAK
Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Gedung Tiga Lantai Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Islam
Kampus II IAIN Samarinda Kalimantan Timur diperlukan perhitungan rencana
anggaran biaya (RAB) untuk mengetahui total biaya yang diperlukan. Proses
perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya dihitung dengan melihat volume atau luas
pekerjaan, kemudian dikalikan dengan harga per satuan volume atau luas pekerjaan.
Perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya ini mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan
Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat No.28/PRT/M/2016 bidang Cipta Karya dan Harga
Satuan Pekerjaan (HSPK) tahun 2020 Kota Samarinda. Hasil rekapitulasi biaya proyek
Pembangunan Pembangunan Gedung Tiga Lantai Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Islam
Kampus 2 IAIN Samarinda Kalimantan Timur ini ialah sebesar Rp. 10.052.182.000,00
(Sepuluh Milyar Lima Puluh Dua Juta Seratus Delapan Puluh Dua Ribu Rupiah).

ABSTRACT
The implementation of the 3rd Building of Islamic Business Economic Faculty
Campus II IAIN Samarinda, East Kalimantan. It’s required to calculate the cost budget
plan (RAB) to knowing the total cost needed. The process of cost budgeting plan is
calculated by looking the quantity of work, and then multipled with the price per unit
volume. This cost budgeting plan is refers to the regulation of the Minister of public
works and pubic housing No.28/PRT/M/2016 of Human Settlements and Unit price of
work (HSPK) 2020 in Samarinda City. The result of the cost recapitulation of the 3rd
Building of Islamic Business Economic Faculty Campus II IAIN Samarinda, East
Kalimantan is Rp. 10,052,182,000.00 (Ten Billion Fifty Two Million One Hundred
Eighty Two Thousand Rupiah).
