    ABSTRACT
    Annisa Damayanti, 2020 with the title Analysis of Service Quality Against the Community Satisfaction in Making SIMs in Samarinda City Police Department. Under the guidance of Dr. Besse Asniawaty, M.Sc and Mr. Arkas Viddy, SE.MM, PhD. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between the quality of service on the community satisfaction index in the samarinda city police department. Service programs are important in providing satisfaction to the community. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The questionnaire was tested using the Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability) and Hypothesis Test (t test) as well as the coefficient of determination. The analytical tool used is the validity and reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially the independent variables consisting of service quality (X) significantly influence the community satisfaction index variable (Y). The service quality variable (X) shows the number of regression coefficients 0.726 which means that service quality (X) has a significant effect on community satisfaction (Y).
