Rekrutmen merupakan serangkaian aktivitas untuk mencari dan
memikat pelamar kerja dengan motivasi, kemampuan, keahlian, dan
pengetahuan yang diperlukan guna menutupi kekurangan yang diidentifikasi
dalam perencanaan kepegawaian.
Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini bagaimana proses pengadaan tenaga
kerja pada PT World Innovative Telecommunication telah sesuai dengan teori
menurut Gary Dessler?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu
proses pengadaani tenaga kerja pada PT World Innovative Telecommunication
Samarinda.
Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan
observasi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan analisis data secara
deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menggambarkan atau menganalisis suatu hasil
penelitian.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pengadaan tenaga kerja
pada PT World Innovative Telecommunication berbeda dengan pengadaan
tenaga kerja menurut teori Gary Dessler, perbedaan terletak pada tata cara
penyelenggaraan rekrutmen dan tahapan-tahapan seleksi, namun memiliki
persamaan dalam bagaimana proses dari awal perencanaan hingga pelamar
tersebut menjadi tenaga kerja tetap di perusahaan.
Adapun saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan berdasarkan hasil
penelitian adalah agar dalam melakukan penarikan tenaga kerja keterampilan
dan keahlian dapat terus dikembangkan lagi sehingga tujuan perusahaan
tercapai.

Recruitment is a series of activities to find and attract job applicants with
the motivation, ability, expertise, and knowledge needed to cover the deficiencies
identified in staffing planning.
The focus of the problem in this study is how the labor procurement
process at PT World Innovative Telecommunication is in accordance with the
theory according to Gary Dessler ?. The purpose of this research is to find out the
process of labor procurement at PT World Innovative Telecommunication
Samarinda
Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. In this
study the authors used descriptive qualitative data analysis, which is describing or
analyzing a research result.
The results of this study indicate that the labor procurement process at PT
World Innovative Telecommunication is different from the labor procurement
according to Gary Dessler's theory, the difference lies in the procedures for the
recruitment and selection stages, but has similarities in how the process from
initial planning to the applicant becomes permanent workforce in the company.
The suggestion that the writer can convey based on the results of the
research is that in making workforce withdrawal, skills and expertise can continue
to be developed further so that the company's goals are achieved.
