ANALISIS PENGARUH LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP ETOS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PULAU BARU MANDIRI KOTA SAMARINDA --Ed. 1

ABSTRACT

The work ethic of employee will have a influence on the success of the company. This research was conducted to examine the effect of educational background and work experience on the work ethic of the employees of Pulau Baru Mandiri Company. As for the data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire that has been filled out by employees. The method of analysis in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, linierity test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. Analysis results shows that, educational background variables has not a influence significantly on work ethic variable, it is known that t count < t table that is equal to 1.253 < 2,001 and significant value > 0,05 hat is equal to 0,215 > 0,005. work experience variables has influence significantly on work ethic variables, it is known that t count > t table that is equal to 5,491 > 2,001 and a significant value < 0,05 that is equal to 0,000 < 0,05. educational background and work experience together has significantly influence on work ethic variable, it is known that significant value is equal to 0,00 < 0,05.
