Riswanto, 2018. Penerapan aturan 14 situasi berhadapan di alur sungai mahakam di atas kapal LCT. Moriba I dengan pembimbing pertama ibu Sumanti
syahid ANT II dan Bapak Amir Hidayat, S.E.M.si., Ak., CA selaku pembimbing
kedua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan aturan 14
situasi berhadapan di atas kapal LCT. Moriba I. Metode pengambilan data yang
digunakan yaitu dengan cara meninjau secara langsung terhadap objek yang di
teliti, data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi. Hasil penilitian menunjukan
bahwa penerapan aturan 14 sangat penting dalam memasuki alur pelayaran.
