IMPLEMENTASI METODE AHP SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF PEMILIHAN CALON PEMBINA MAHASISWA JURUSAN TI --Ed. 1

ABSTRAK

Sistem pendukung keputusan dirancang untuk mendukung seluruh tahap pengambilan keputusan mulai dari mengindentifikasi masalah, memilih data yang relevan, dan menentukan pedekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, sampai mengevaluasi pemilihan alternatif. Pemilihan Pembina Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu proses yang penting untuk menentukan layak tidaknya dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah dalam memilih pembina mahasiswa yang sesuai dengan kriteria Jurusan Teknologi Informasi Politeknik Negeri Samarinda maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode ini digunakan karena konsep yang sederhana, mudah dipahami, komputasinya efisien, dan memiliki kemampuan mengukur kinerja relatif dan alternatif-alternatif yang telah keputusan dalam bentuk matematis yang sederhana. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Pembina Mahasiswa pada Jurusan Teknologi Informasi Politeknik Negeri Samarinda.

ABSTRACT
Decision support systems are designed to support all stages of decision making ranging from identifying problems, selecting relevant data, and determining the approach used in the decision making process, to evaluating alternative choices. The selection of student coaches is an important process for determining the suitability of an organization. The purpose of this study is to make it easier to choose student coaches who are in accordance with the criteria of the Samarinda State Polytechnic Information Technology Department so a decision support system is needed using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is used because the concept is simple, easy to understand, efficient computation, and has the ability to measure relative performance and alternatives that have decisions in simple mathematical form. This final project aims to implement a decision support system for the selection of Student Trustees at the Samarinda State Polytechnic Information Technology Department.
