ABSTRACT
Technological development requires a computer program to reverse the structural
calculations, one of which is the SAP 2000 version 14 program which has the advantage
of getting faster calculation of building structures compared to the manual calculation
method, the purpose of this writing is to analyze the profile of steel structures using SAP
2000 version 14 to dimension steel structure profiles using the LRFD method based on
SNI 13-1729-2002 and calculating the safety figures. Calculation of steel structure
profile begins by calculating loading, input into SAP 2000 version 14 with the obtained
forces in the form of moments (M), latitude (D) and normal force (N), the results of the
force analysis are calculated using the LRFD method that refers to SNI 13-1729-2002
and calculate the connection where the connection consists of profile, base plate and
number of bolts.
