Perencanaan Pusat Perbelanjaan ATK di Samarinda, Penekanan Pada Fasad Bangunan --Ed. 1

ABSTRAK
Banyak kalangan pelajar Samarinda dan pekerja kantor yang memerlukan alat tulis
kantor (ATK) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan sekolah sekaligus untuk
menunjang proses belajar. Di Samarinda sendiri saat ini untuk Pusat ATK terdapat
beberapa toko yaitu Sidodadi, Toko Bagus, Prega PM dan yang lain hanya tokotoko kecil seperti Toko Kencana di Pasar Pagi dan Toko Kencana Belibis. Namun
peralatan-peralatan yang diberikan pada toko tersebut tidak terlalu lengkap minim
pilihan dan varian harga. Sehingga, keperluan ATK harus membeli secara online.
Oleh sebab itu, butuh sebuah tempat untuk memfasilitasi segala kebutuhan alat tulis
kantor dianggap sangat penting, agar mengurangi permasalahan yang ada dengan
merancang Pusat Perbelanjaan ATK di Samarinda dengan Penekanan pada Fasad
Bangunan yakni penekanan pada tampilan depan bangunan yang di olah seunik
mungkin agar menarik perhatian pengunjung dengan menggunakan gaya arsitektur
modern kontemporer. Dikelola dengan layout ruang yang efisien tak kalah penting
bagi bangunan pusat perbelanjaan agar pengguna merasa nyaman ketika berada di
dalam bangunan.

ABSTRACT
Among students of Samarinda and office workers who need the office’s stationery
to meet both the school needs and to support the learning process. Now in
Samarinda for the shop of stationery, there are a few stores that are Sidodadi Store,
Bagus Store, Prega PM Store, and others are only small stores such as the Kencana
Store in the Morning Market and the Kencana Belibis Store. But the equipment
provided at the store is not very complete, minimal choices and price variants. Thus,
the need for office stationery must be purchased online. Therefore, it takes a place
to facilitate all the needs of office stationery considered very important, To reduce
the existing problems by designing the ATK Shopping Center in Samarinda with an
emphasis on the Building Facade, namely the emphasis on the front view of the
building that is as unique as possible to attract the attention of visitors by using
contemporary modern architectural styles. Managed with an efficient space layout
is no less important for shopping center buildings so that users feel comfortable
when in the building.
