ABSTRAK
Jumriah, 2018. Faktor yang mempengaruhi di mutasi nya crew kapal pada PT. Penascop Maritim Indonesia dengan pembimbing I Bapak Rahmat.,ST.,MT dan Bapak Amir Hidayat.,SE.,M.Sc.Ak.CA selaku pembimbing II . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membahas tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi mutasinya pada crew kapal. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dengan cara peninjauan langsung terhadap proses pengisian data objek yang diteliti, dan data informasi dikumpulkan melalui observasi, pengamatan secara langsung dalam proses mutasi nya crew kapal di PT. Penascop Maritim Indonesia. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi mutasinya crew kapal.
Saran penulis kepada pihak perusahaan untuk bisa melakukan proses mutasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan kenyamanan crew kapal.

The purpose of this study is to discuss about the factors that affect the mutations in the ship's crew. Data retrieval method used by direct observation of the process of filling the data object studied, and data information collected through observation, direct observation in the process of mutation crew ship at PT. Penascop Maritim Indonesia. The results of the research show that there are several factors that affect the mutation of the ship's crew.
Suggestion writer to company side to be able to do process of mutation according to company requirement and crew comfort of ship.
